When discussing the school name, the founders of the school preferred the word "elite" in terms of neither fame, nor wealth, but rather its historical aspect. In particular," Kazakh elite "or" Alash intelligentsia " were considered within the framework of meaningful concepts that have a significant place in Kazakh history and society.

The Kazakh elite or Kazakh intelligentsia are the group of Kazakh people who contributed to education of the masses with education and science and raise the country with art and education. They were lionhearted people who studied politics, fought for freedom, promoted spirituality and culture, and sought to realize national unity.

Alikhan Bukeikhanov, Akhmet Baitursynov, Mirzhakyp Dulatov, Turar Ryskulov and others were among the most committed in this group. Even today, they are an example in matters of education, national identity and national values. For this reason, we hope that our students will not be chosen by social motives, but by international-level people who are ready to serve their people and the global society as a whole.
